Randall Hardison, MD
A native of Arizona, Dr. Hardison returned in 1996 from a residency in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the University of Texas-San Antonio. He has been practicing orthopedics in the East Valley ever since . He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Pre Med. After two years of Graduate studies in Exercise Physiology at ASU he accepted a Staff Therapist position at Jean Hanah Clark Rehab Center in Las Vegas Nevada where he helped coordinate the spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and chronic pain programs. His medical education continued on to medical school at the University of Nevada School of Medicine where he gained several honorable scholarships, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha an honor to those graduating at the top ten percent of the class. Dr. Hardison went to his Internship and Residency at the Universityof Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.
His love for sports as a collegiate football player ultimately led to a desire to pursue Sports Medicine. As part of his training and subsequent practice he has had the opportunity to affiliate with Sports Medicine at he University of Texas, and various local high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
He has served as Department Chair of the Orthopedics and a member of the Executive committee at Banner Desert Hospital for six years. He has since assisted in founding the top ranked Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital and has served as Chief of Staff-Medical Director and on the Board of Directors since its founding in 2004.
